Tactical Trauma Conference 2026
Welcome to the Tactical Trauma conference on November 2-3-4, 2026 in Sundsvall, Sweden, with workshops on November 2.
This is an international conference covering various aspects of working in high-stakes environments, primarily related to pre-hospital trauma and critical care, with a tactical twist.
Our program is rich and diverse, featuring state-of-the-art lectures from world-class speakers. We aim to bring together all organizations working with pre-hospital trauma in tactical/hostile environments, including physicians, HEMS, EMS, police anti-terror units, military, fire and rescue services and more.
Tactical Trauma 2024 was a great success, sold out five months in advance, with over 100 people on the waiting list. Participants came from 18 countries. Like before this is a boutique style conference with only 150 tickets available to facilitate networking and discussions, so be sure to book early!
Our objective is to provide you with the best conference experience possible and in 2026, we will bring you even more international experts and more opportunities to interact with faculty and other participants. For our police and SOF participants there will be dedicated sessions. We hope to spark discussions and networking between individuals, organizations and countries. CANTACMED 2024 set a new benchmark for tactical medicine in Canada. Tactical and special operations paramedics, law enforcement, and military personnel came together to share real-world experience, challenge assumptions, and examine the realities of delivering care in high-threat environments. It was more than a conference, it was a working forum for a community that operates under pressure, where lessons are learned in the field and performance matters.
